If however, you decide to return your item/s to us we will be happy to offer you a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions of return - Frames and Home Accessories

If you are not happy with your order and would like to return it, please create a returns label using the link below;

  • The cost of the return request is 2.99 GBP, which will be deducted from your refund
  • All items must be returned to us in a good, resalable condition and packed using the original - undamaged packaging
  • Please note that if the product returned is damaged we reserve the right to refuse a refund
  • We advise that you keep your returns slip as proof of postage
  • Once we receive your parcel it may take up to 10 working days for us to issue the refund.

 

Damaged/ faulty items Frames and Home Accessories

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or is faulty please contact us immediately at sales@photoframesandart.com

Our friendly customer service team will help to resolve the problem for you as efficiently as possible.

Please note that photographic evidence will be required / If you receive multiple damaged frames, we will require one photo showing all damages

 

Damaged/Faulty Furniture Items

For items of furniture, mirrors and framed art please report any damages to us within 48hrs of receiving your order.  Please send photographic evidence to us at the above email address and title the email "DAMAGED FURNITURE ITEM".

Conditions of return - Furniture, Mirrors and Framed Art

  • If you wish to return due to change of mind you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse.
  • The cost of return will vary depending on the size and type of product being returned and the required service. Please make sure you pack the item/s in their original packaging to ensure the products are as protected as possible during transit.
  • Any refund is dependent on the condition that the item(s) are returned unused, complete, in perfect condition, and in original packaging.

Any items that are damaged in transit by return courier will not be refunded. We advise all customers obtain proof of postage when returning any part of your order together with any necessary insurance to cover against loss or damage. All returned items will be fully inspected and quality checked before a refund can be issued
